  • Roasted Garlic and Gorgonzola –Melted gorgonzola cheese and oven-roasted garlic served with warm crusty bread.
  • Calamari Tempura – Lightly battered and fried and served with sweet chili sauce and marinara sauce
  • Roman Style Steamer Clams – Steamed in a savory white wine butter sauce or spicy sweet basil cream sauce.

    • Caprese Salad – Organic greens, fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes and fresh basil drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil.
    • Spaghetti – Served with meat balls or italian sausage.
    • Pappardelle Sugo Di Carne – Ultra-rich wide egg noodles clinging to our hearty meat sauce topped with parmesan.
    • Manicotti – Stuffed with fresh spinach, basil, ricotta and parmesan cheese, oven-baked, topped with classic marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
    • Lasagna –Layers of spinach pasta, hearty meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and a blend of fresh mozzarella and parmesan.
    • Pasta Bowl –Linguine or fettuccine or angel hair pasta with your choice of alfredo, pesto, or tomato sauce.

      • Chicken Venetian –Savory tarragon cream sauce with roma tomatoes, mushrooms, pancetta bacon over angel hair pasta.
      • Lamb Osso Buco – Tender imported spring lamb shank and vegetables braised in our savory lamb sauce, served in a ring of creamy mashed potatoes.
      • Scampi Classico – Garlic, red onions, fresh tomatoes, basil, white wine, lemon juice and butter embellish plump prawns pan flashed in extra-virgin olive oil. Served over linguine.
      • Sambuca Prawns –Large prawns sauteed with pancetta, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and spinach. The pan juices are de-glazed with Sambuca, simmered with cream, served atop linguine.
      • Parmigiano Gnocchi – Seared crisp with pancetta, red onions, mushrooms and herbs, served over gorgonzola cream sauce.
